I greet you all, first and foremost. Secondly, I congratulate you on having spent a Merry Christmas. It is so sad some of our country-men or women died on the very day of Christmas such as Mzee Kamugasha Paskalli of Mbarara and Sheikh Abdu Kadir Muwaya of Mayuge.
